How the Estimate Works

The low and high figures are our published price bands for each install type. A standalone camera scope adds $150 to $450. If your home is a Toronto residential address and the install is done under a drain permit, the City subsidy comes off: $1,250 for a valve, or $1,750 for a valve and sump pump combo. Replacements are shown without a subsidy, because eligibility depends on the original install, and we confirm it before you book.

Your real price lands inside the band based on drain depth, floor finish, pipe condition and access. The pricing page lists every band, and the free assessment turns the estimate into a written number.
